摘要:
针对煤矿井下供电系统的越级跳闸问题,提出了一种基于短路闭锁控制的防越级跳闸方案。系统主要由短路闭锁控制器、智能综保器和信号线路组成。闭锁控制器接收分开关的短路电流信号,闭锁上级开关的无时限速断保护功能,各级开关短路闭锁防越级跳闸功能依次级联,采用点对点的信号传输方式,当线路出现短路故障时,实现无时限速断保护功能的选择性,防止越级跳闸的发生。

Abstract:
For the problem of override trip of coal mine power system, the paper proposed a scheme of preventing override trip based on short circuit locking control. The system is mainly composed of short-circuit locking controller, comprehensive protection device and signal line. Locking controller receives short-circuit current signal of the switch and blocks superior switch quick-break protection function. All levels of switch short-circuit blocking prevent override trip function in turn cascade,.Signal using point-to-point transmission.When the line appears short-circuit fault, device can realize no time limit quick-break protection function of selective and prevent the occurrence of override trip.
